Summer in Colorado! don't ya love it? Went to the RUSH movie doc last night called BEYOND THE LIGHTED STAGE..fantastic! see it if you can..amazing piece of film making..
RUSH is one of those rare bands that defies being put into a category, or that is easily explained . Reminds me that the concert season is in full swing..
RUSH will be at Red Rocks in August.. Doobies are coming up ..we have April Wine and Winger coming to COWBOYS June 24..Scorps in August too..
July always means 4th of July stuff..this year up in GUFFEY ..its the 25th anniversary of the CHICKEN FLY (listen for more of this on my show soon)..I miss the big over the top MEMORIAL PARK 4th of July of days past..but the 19th and 20th it is SpringSpree at MEMORIAL PARK ,.getting bigger each year look for the KKFM TIKI tent complete with TIKI girls..
and bikers...lets ride! JUNE 20 is the ROYAL RIDE to benefit Rocky Mt Brain Injury Services ..leaving from DEMON CHOPPERS 8 ish..poker run ends up at Renaissance..more details right here on this website...
hey it could be 98 degrees or it might be snowing..but its Colorado in the summer
